Pabah (the “App”) is published by Really Random Studio, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1) Information We Collect

We design Pabah to collect as little data as possible.

• App usage data: Basic, non-personal analytics such as screens viewed, time spent, and device type may be collected to improve app performance and content.
• Purchases: When you subscribe through Apple, we receive a non-sensitive receipt from Apple for validation. We do not collect or store your full payment details.
• Support: If you contact us by email, we collect the information you provide (e.g., name, email, and message content) to respond to your request.
• Crash or error reports: Some anonymous technical data may be sent to help us diagnose issues and improve app stability.

2) How We Use Information

• To operate and improve the App experience and content.
• To provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues.
• To validate in-app purchases and manage active subscriptions.
• To maintain app security and performance.

3) Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited, non-personal data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the App (for example, analytics or crash reporting tools). These partners are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations and may use data only as instructed by us.

Any subscription payments are processed by Apple. Your billing information remains with Apple and is not accessible to us.

4) Children's Privacy

Pabah is designed for families and may be used by children under parental supervision. We avoid collecting information that directly identifies a child. Parents or guardians may contact us to request review or deletion of any information inadvertently provided by a child.

5) Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide and maintain the App or as required by law. Support emails may be kept for record-keeping or customer service purposes, then securely deleted.

6) Your Choices & Rights

• Analytics: You can limit analytics or tracking via your device privacy settings.
• Access or deletion: You may request access to or deletion of information we hold about you by emailinghello@reallyrandomstudio.com.
• Subscriptions: Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

7) Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8) International Use

Our servers and service providers may operate in the United States or other countries. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of information to those jurisdictions where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Significant changes will be communicated within the App or on our website.
