Pabah — Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pabah mobile application and related services (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s App Store terms and conditions that apply to apps obtained through the App Store. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1) Who We Are & Contact

Pabah is provided by Really Random Studio, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2) Eligibility & Children

Pabah is family-friendly and may be used by children with a parent or legal guardian’s supervision and consent. The account holder (parent/guardian) is responsible for the child’s use of the App and any purchases.

3) License & Ownership

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App fornon-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple’s App Store terms. We and our licensors retain all rights in the App and its content.

You may not:

• copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App;
• interfere with its operation or security; or
• use it for unlawful purposes.

4) Subscriptions, Trials, Billing & Renewal

Pabah offers auto-renewable subscriptions billed via Apple In-App Purchase:

• Premium Weekly — 1 week auto-renewing access
• Premium Yearly — 1 year auto-renewing access

Pricing. Prices are shown in-app and may vary by region and currency. Taxes may apply.

Billing & Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. We do not receive or store your full payment information.

Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Manage / Cancel. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

Free Trials. If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Price Changes. If the price changes and your region requires consent, you will be notified and renewal will occur only with your consent; otherwise, you may cancel.

Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5) Content & Availability

We may add, modify, or remove features or content at any time. Some features may require an active internet connection. The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

6) User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access it by unauthorized means, or disrupt its operation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Apple ID.

7) Third-Party Services

The App may link to or rely on third-party services (e.g., Apple purchase flow). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

9) Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) regarding the App, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues. Our total liability for any claims relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for access to the App during the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

12) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the App at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive termination.

13) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in Illinois will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless local law requires otherwise.
